Maybe you're curious about Copiapoa. Perhaps you're wondering about Welwitschia. You have come to the right place! The Connecticut Cactus and Succulent Society was formed in 1979, and is still a very large and active group of cacti and succulent plant enthusiasts. Our group counts many noted cactus and succulent experts in our membership and has hosted two Eastern Cactus and Succulent Conferences.

No matter what your level of experience with cacti and other succulent plants, the Connecticut Cactus & Succulent Society is the place for you to meet new friends, learn new skills and find out about new plants; their habitats and how to grow them. Our club is made up of about 125 families and individuals who enjoy sharing their experience with growing cacti and succulents.

Our our annual Show and Sale is renowned, our monthly meetings are varied, educational and exciting; everyone looks forward to our pot-luck summer picnic and December holiday party.

We invite you to join us at a meeting and check us out.
